Panasonic announces the PhotoMOS® AQY215S Semiconductor Relay expansion to bring new part numbers to the existing PhotoMOS GU SOP 1 Form A (4 pin) Semiconductor Relays product line in a miniature package for high-density mounting. The New AQY215S part is rated at 100V, and 0.25A output load switching and is suitable for Test & Measurement, Telecommunications, Factory Automation, and Security applications.
