TDC and TQC Series POSCAP ™ Tantalum Polymer Capacitors

The expanded TDC Series and TQC Series POSCAP™ Capacitors now offers parts in the D3L case size that comply with JEDEC reflow condition.  Panasonic's TDC and TQC Series Capacitors are ideal for environments requiring extremely high temperatures combined with high endurance of up to 1,000 hours at 125ºC.  These Capacitors utilize a sintered tantalum anode and a proprietary high conductivity polymer for a cathode.
